The Staber System 2000 has been featured in several product reviews and twice has been named a 'Best Buy' in the Consumers Digest Buying Guide, an honor which a manufacturer can be very proud of.

Since 1976, Staber Industries has been remanufacturing washers and dryers used in Laundromats. Having seen what works and what does not by working on several brands of washers, Staber has patented a unique tub design to revolutionize the industry. In anticipation of Department of Energy guidelines on the efficiency of washing machines, Staber designed a top loading version of tumble action washers that is more efficient and exceeds the standards for being Energy Star labeled.  

The Staber System 2000 has been featured in numerous publications including Home Power, Country Living, and the Consumers Digest in which it has been awarded a ‘Best Buy’ certificate twice for having outstanding value for today’s consumer. When the System 2000 was introduced in 1994, it was awarded ‘Best of What’s New’ in Home Technology by Popular Science Magazine. There are currently over 8,000 Staber System 2000 washers in use around the world.
